So who is this guy?
(Note: Dan may be seen
with or without the beard depending on
who is making the decisions in a given week - his wife Pat, or him.)

Well, for one, he's a funny guy (at least that's what his mother has been
telling him.) Dan's been making people laugh for years (although having
that wart removed from the center of his forehead did make the job harder.)
Dan believes that God has given him the gift of humor and has called him to
do more than just use it to torment his relatives and friends.
A veteran of 30+ years with Verizon Communications (you know - the telephone
company), he has somehow managed to maintain a sense of humor. During his
career with Verizon, Dan honed his presentation skills as an instructor,
facilitator, and motivator (he apparently motivated a lot of people to retire
early.) He has taught effective communications skills, conflict
resolution, teamwork, and feedback skills just to name a few, and believes that
you can laugh and learn at the same time. Dan's at home in front of
an audience (a kind one that is) as a result of many years of experience
performing in local Community Theatre groups, Barbershop Choruses and quartets,
and a gospel outreach group called Joyful Noise.
Dan got a late start in this Christian Comedy business.
Like Moses, Abraham, and others, God wanted to let Dan grow and develop before
he called him into His service. Well, it worked. I grew from a waist
size of 28 to 38, back down to 34,and am currently hovering somewhere in
between. I remember thinking many times to myself over the years, "Why has
my life been so miserable? Why have I failed at so many different things?
Why can't I drive a nail straight?" Then, one day, it came to me.
God was giving me material!

I've been a Christian all my life, but have only come to really know
Christ in the last few years. My goal as a comedian is not only to make
you laugh, but to share with all I meet the Good News, and, if you haven't met
Him yet, introduce you to my friend, Jesus Christ.
Take my Savior . . . Please!
